> Do you offer Wholesale?
We do not offer Wholesale at the moment.
> When Will I receive My Order?
Orders will be taken to the Post Office within 1-5 days AFTER completion to be shipped. Orders placed on Friday’s or on the Weekends will be taken to the Post Office on Monday to be processed and shipped!
> Materials:
We try and use more natural, environment safe materials for our products. Sometimes that's not the case depending on how we can make the product. This does add more time to make some of our products.
Custom orders will depend on the product and the process to make! Time frame depending on the level of customization and availability will range from 1-7 days for completion.
> Personalization Instructions:
If you are wanting to add "personalization" to a product, please read the entire listing so that you know where and what information is needed.
> Do you offer Coupons or Discounts?
Yes! Make sure you are subscribed to our e-mail list for those sweet offers and notices. (make sure to check your e-mail to "confirm" subscription).
> What if my order was not delivered?
Please contact your local USPS assigned to your location and follow up with them. Also, please contact me so I can check out the situation and see if there’s something I can help with. This does not mean that you will be sent a replacement item or that I may be able to "fix" the situation.
> What if I need to make changes to my order?
Once an order is received and payment has been collected, there may not be a way to make changes. Contact us right away and we will see what we can do to help you.
> Can I pick up my order?
If you live local, you can contact us and we will discuss a safe place for you to pick up your order.
