FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

My goal is to drop off completed orders at the Post Office within 1-5 business days MONDAY - FRIDAY.
I do not drop off orders on holidays.
If the order is RTS (Ready to Ship) this means that the product may already be made and can be shipped out within 1-5 business days.
All other orders will be dropped off at the Post Office within 1 - 2 weeks after completion. Sometimes it may be sooner depending on the product.
If you are needing your order quick, please send a message and I will see what I can do. This depends on the products being made.

Processing time frames is the estimated time it may take for a product to be completed to be shipped.
I always ask for at least 1-2 weeks. Most of my products are MTO (made to order). Unless I have that product already made or in stock.
I always try my best to get your orders completed as fast as I can. Depending on the product, I can have some completed the next day or within 3 days after receiving an order.
All of my acrylic products will take at least 1 week minimum.
I do not work on holidays.
If your order is placed on FRIDAY - SUNDAY, it won't be started until Monday.
Make sure you are subscribed to join my e-mail list. I send out discount codes only to my e-mail list fam.
If you have been waiting over 2 weeks and your order has not been delivered, please contact your local USPS first. Sometimes they can give you more information about the situation. And you can file a claim with them if it doesn't show up.
Also keep in mind that the holidays are a very busy time for them and to expect some delays.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions and I'll do what I can to help you as much as I can. Please keep in mind that there may be times when there's nothing I can do.
We are not able to accept returns or refunds due to our products being custom. If there is an issue or concern with your order, please contact us within 7 business days and include your order number and pictures.
Depending on the situation, I may be able to cancel, or change make corrections to an address. But, there is not much I can change once an order has been placed.
Please contact me as soon as you noticed something.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
As a way to show my appreciation for you choosing to sow seed into my small business, I wanted to give back to you!
There is now a loyalty program. It is new so please give me patience and grace as I continue to work out the kinks as they come!
Here is a little more information:
1. You must be subscribed to my e-mail list and remain subscribed.
2. You will receive a Loyalty Card with your order, OR you can send me a message and ask for one.
3. You must write down (5) order numbers in each circle provided to qualify for the $10.00 gift card that will be e-mailed to you. (Your order numbers must match the same numbers I have in my system)

LOCAL PICK - UP & DELIVERY
If you live local, you have the option to pick up your order from me instead of having it shipped.
Before choosing this option, look at the list below to make sure this is a great option for you!
- Here are a few "MUSTS" that must be followed for this option! If they are not met, I have the option to refuse to meet and ship your order to you.
* This option must be checked during the check out process.
* You must contact me ASAP so that we can discuss and time and date to meet. If you know that you do not have the availability in your schedule, please do not select this option. I will not be hunting you down to make sure you follow through or contact me.
* There may be a fee charged for my time and travel.
* You must pay for your order through the website before we meet.
* If you miss the scheduled time & date chosen to meet, you will be expected to pay shipping and have your order shipped to you.
* On my homepage, at the very bottom. You will see a section that talks about local pick - up, the location address is listed.
When you "Check Out", there will be an option to select "LOCAL DELIVERY" instead of having your package shipped to you.
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at (012) 123 - 4567
When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.
