Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that all of our products are hand - crafted and I am a 1 women team! I ask for 1- 2 weeks for completion. Some of our products take longer to make while others take less time. 

During busy seasons, or holidays, expect a small delay. 

Items are taken to the post Office after completion. I have no control once your items have left my hands. If your product is missing, please contact your local Post Office for assistance. 

 

PROCESSING TIME: 

Depending on the product, I ask for 1-2 weeks processing times. Majority of our products are hand - crafted and made by me. As mentioned above, I am a 1 women team. 

My goal is to always get your items to you as soon as I can. 

Please understand that things do happen and some times it's out of my control. If there is a delay with your order being made, I will contact you to inform you of the situation.
