To Clean we recommend wiping with a linen free cloth. Prolong contact with water or long exposure to sunlight and heat to keep your item in better condition. Handle this with care. Even though our acrylic is thick, it can still break if dropped or bumped against something hard. The colors may appear differently than they do on your screen. Please note that placing multiple I. D’s and other items may place additional strain or weight on the reel which may contribute to the reel failing to retract. G.W.C is not responsible for common wear and tear damage. Be aware that some products may contain small parts that can be a choking hazard. Keep away from young, small children.

Ready to ship items will be taken to the Post Office after the completion of the order 1-5 days.
Order that are Personalized, Customized or Made to Order will be taken to the Post Office 3-7 days after the completion of the order. The process for these items requires more steps!
Orders placed on Friday’s or on the Weekends will be taken to the Post Office on Monday to be processed and shipped!

RTS (ready to ship) items will be prepared in advance so that they are ready to be mailed off once order is placed! Unless there was a specific change that needed to be made. These products will be taken to the post office within 1-5 days after order is placed and paid for.
Custom orders will depend on the product and the process to make! Time frame depending on the level of customization and availability will range from 1-7 days for completion.
